What is Our Little Book Club?
Our Little Book Club is a monthly service where two age appropriate hard cover books and one age appropriate activity book are picked based on your preferences. We ship these books to your doorstep on the first of each month.
Our Service Promise to You
We aim for perfection with every box we send you. However, mistakes happen and packages get lost or damaged. If you ever have a missing package, a damaged package or a wrong item or damaged item in your box, just let us know and we will send you a replacement free of charge no questions asked! When do my books ship?
Your books ship the last week of each month. When your box ships we email a Fedex tracking number so you can follow your box the whole way to your doorstep. Please keep in mind that shipping may take 3 to 7 days. If you need your box in a hurry, please email us and we'll work with you to make the appropriate arrangements.
When will I be charged for my subscription?
Your monthly subscription will re-bill on the 10th or 15th of each month depending on when you sign up..
I received the wrong books, what do I do?
Email us here firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP and we will ship your books out that day.
I want to cancel my subscription.
Please don’t go! Email us first and let us know how we can help. Otherwise, let us know. You pay only for boxes already shipped.
Can I change the age of the child on my profile so I can receive more age-appropriate books?
You can change your preferences any time by logging into your account section of our website. Or by emailing us at email@example.com To ensure a successful change, please finalize all changes before the 10th of the month.
